WIBterns
As part of HUWIB's comp process, WIBterns attend an 8-week program of weekly panels introducing them to the many industries and opportunities available in business. Upon graduating the WIBternship in November, WIBterns become Associates and have the opportunity to apply for a committee position.
This year's WIBternship panels includes speakers from consulting, ibanking, and investment to fashion, non-profits, and marketing. Panels are weekly on Thursday nights, from 7:30-9:00 in Harvard Hall 104. We hope to see you there!

WIBternship Requirements
The WIBternship involves attending weekly panels, fulfilling social requirements, and completion of a final project presentation at the end of the semester. You can register for the WIBternship until the night of the second WIBternship panel.
Panel Requirements:
- Attend all Thursday panels
For more panel requirements, see panel logistics here.
Social requirements:
- Each WIBtern must fulfill 3 social (fun) social requirements. They can fulfill these requirements by attending a WIB committee meeting, a Cultural Spotlight Dinner, an InFocus event, dinner with the Co-Directors before the panel (location and time TBA), or other WIB programming. If you attend a social event, please let a board member know so she can report your attendance to the Co-Directors.
- All WIBterns must attend IBC on Oct. 29
Final projects:
WIBterns will complete a final project before graduation based on an area of interest. Meant to be fun and not stressful, these projects will be in either Finance, Consulting, Marketing, or Entrepreneurship. Participation in the Business for Good Social Enterprise Competition will count as a final project in Entrepreneurship.
Receptions:
Each WIBtern will be assigned to attend a reception based on her preferences. Receptions give WIBterns the opportunity to have additional access to the panelists after the event for a field of interest. Receptions also give WIBterns the opportunity to meet each other.
