HUWIB has introduced a number of new programs since the organization's inception in 2000. Along with the traditional WIBternship, which introduces students to different fields of business, HUWIB has worked to establish a Corporate Mentorship Program, the InFocus Program, as well as a Shadowing Program for implementation this year. HUWIB is also introducing a new philanthropy initiative in 2006.
